Rick and Jacque were instrumental in the purchase of our new home. My wife and I were recommended to Rick and Jacque after a previous realtor failed to sell our house over last summer and fall. After being initially impressed with Rick's knowledge of the industry we chose him over some other candidates and he managed to sell our house in 9 days at a great price point! They were both very likeable and always available throughout the entire process and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor in the quad cities area!

Rick and Jacque are the best team! They went out of their way to meet our schedule even when they were already committed to help others. When one couldn't make it, the other arranged to be there for us right when we needed it. After one afternoon together they had identified exactly the type of house we wanted and two days later they found it for us on our next visit! Thank you Rick and Jacque!

It was a great coincidence that I met Rick and Jacque. I had sent a request for more information on a listing and within minutes I had received a call from Rick. Even though the listing wasn't his, but a realtor at the same company, he knew a great deal about the home. He met me the next day for a walk through, and then again the very next day for my wife to see it. His knowledge, accessibility and professional friendliness were so refreshing in an industry that seems void of these qualities. We were outbid on the house, but Rick persisted in his search and emailed me several houses. One day out of boredom, and following an email flyer sent to us by a friend, we decided to go to a newly listed open house not knowing we were going to find our home. I emailed Rick and again he called me back within minutes. He was out of town, so we thought "no problem, it can wait" but he called again a bit later and said the home already had 2 offers from the open house and was expecting a third. He put us in contact with his wife Jacque, who then worked with us through the late hours on a Sunday night to get our offer in! Throughout the whole process after that, we worked with both members of this dynamic husband and wife team. Negotiations were painless, answers were quick and thorough, and the entire time they both had a contagious happiness and positive attitude and approach. After we closed, Rick and Jacque wrote a card to us saying that they love what they do, and it really shows. They also asked us to let them know when they could stop over after our house was ready for guests. I couldn't help but think of an episode of house hunters where the clients have the realtor over after they get their property. Only these two aren't in Hollywood, they're here in the Quad Cities, and the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, let alone working with.

She is very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and was always willing to answer any question that came up.
